Cake flavours

Below is a list of ours (and our clients) favourite flavour combinations however you are welcome to mix and match as you see fit!

For each tier of cake, you may choose one flavour combination - a cake plus a buttercream and/or filling.

*these cakes are available as gluten friendly

The OG* fluffy vanilla bean cake with vanilla buttercream, layered with crushed raspberries.

Sprinkled with Love fluffy vanilla bean cake with vibrant sprinkles throughout the cake, layered with vanilla bean buttercream

Bruce Bogtrotter dark chocolate malt mudcake paired with a Nutella buttercream. Add crushed Ferrero Rocher for texture (Ferrero incurs additional cost of $15 per tier)

Lemony Snicket lemon cake soaked with a lemon and gin syrup, layered with a vanilla bean buttercream and a generous layer of tangy lemon curd

Oh Snap! gingerbread and rum buttermilk cake layered with a crunchy Biscoff buttercream

Down the Rabbit Hole* white chocolate mudcake with fluffy vanilla buttercream, layered with loads of salted caramel sauce

Pump up the jam white chocolate and tangy raspberry swirled mudcake layered with a white chocolate ganache

Persian Love* spiced caramel and almond mudcake paired with rosewater buttercream, layered with crushed pistachios

Save the date sticky date cake layered with a brown sugar buttercream and an indulgent salted caramel sauce

London Fog earl grey tea cake with a burnt toast buttercream, layered with a honey and earl grey caramel

Chai Felicia lightly spiced chai spice cake layered with the most amazing espresso buttercream

Iced Zozo coconut cake with a toasted marshmallow buttercream, layered with raspberry jam to cut the sweetness

Butter Me Up* chocolate buttermilk cake layered with a peanut butter buttercream and chocolate crispearls (also great with raspberry or espresso buttercream)

Queen of Tarts classic red velvet cake filled with a cheesecake buttercream.
Note: our cheesecake buttercream is not suitable for fondant cakes as it requires refrigeration to remain food safe, it can be swapped out for a white chocolate sour cream ganache though which is just as good!

We use both silky Swiss Meringue buttercream and American buttercream for our cakes based on the flavour profiles (ie. sweet cakes/fillings work well paired with Swiss as it’s less sweet). Both buttercreams are made with real butter so they are not pure white. Swiss Meringue is the whiter of the two options so we use this as the top coat on your cake.
